How often do we worry over events that have not yet occurred? We cannot stress ourselves into a solution. How much are we willing to let go and trust that all will be well?


What does kindness look like for you? Is it holding the door open for someone? Is it expressing a kind sentiment? I challenge you, just for today, to show kindness through grace. Grace for others and yourself. We are all doing the best we can with the level of consciousness we have. We may have blind spots, a lack of awareness, about our behaviors and thoughts. Just for today, have grace for where you are and allow yourself to work from there.


Take a moment to remember the importance of expressing gratitude for everything you possess, and not just the tangible things! By pausing and acknowledging the positives in your life, you can cultivate a greater sense of positive energy.


What does it mean to work with integrity? Whatever we do, is either congruent with our values or incongruent. Just for today, see if you can take a moment before each interaction, to check for congruence within yourself.


It makes sense to feel angry, as it does to feel any emotion. Acting from anger, though it may seem cathartic in the moment, can result in stuck emotional energy. This principle is rooted in understanding flow and allowing anger move through the body, not create stuck ki.
